Force and Pressure Measurement System for Collaborative Robots – COBOSAFE
Modern manufacturing companies increasingly use collaboration between humans and robots (HRC) at their workplaces. Risk assessment and regular checks ensure the safety of the system for human operators. One element of risk assessment is the potential collision between the robot and a person. COBOSAFE is a system for measuring force and pressure to control transient and quasi-static forces and pressures on collaborative robots. This easy-to-use system has a modular design and includes devices for measuring force, a set for measuring pressure, and evaluation software to verify compliance with the required limit values. Using the unique COBOSAFE system, we offer measurement of safe pressures and forces that collaborative robots can exert on the human body. We also offer you a service for the development of risk analysis for such workplaces.

ADICOS – Early Fire Detection in Harsh Industrial Environments
The ADICOS system ensures reliable early fire detection – especially under adverse environmental conditions. In industrial operations or hazardous explosion-prone areas, as well as in historic buildings, it provides safety and prevents damage in time. Our ADICOS fire detectors are especially the solution when dust and moisture, smoke and exhaust gases are the order of the day: for example, in power plants, recycling plants, steel mills, silos, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Whether glowing embers, smoldering or glowing fire, open or hidden fire, overheated or ignited parts - two different types of detectors are available:
Our fire detectors detect typical critical gases. Our thermal imaging cameras use infrared measurement technology to detect glowing embers and smoldering fires already in the development phase. In combination with the associated system technology and system software, they form a flexible, expandable complete solution designed to meet the high requirements of fire protection concepts for industrial and special buildings.

Camera Systems for Combustion Processes
The camera system has undergone a long and demanding development process. It was created in cooperation with Slovak and Czech companies in response to the requirements of energy facility operators. Initially, we gave it the working title AMST ( Analytical Spectral Temperature Meter), later, based on the knowledge from energy facility operators, we decided to discontinue the practice of temperature measurement.
This system was tested and deployed in operation for about 3 years, and based on the feedback from the operators, it was clear that the system needed to be qualitatively improved, especially in terms of its durability for continuous operation and image quality. Therefore, in 2010, we proceeded to develop a higher quality second generation of these systems, which we gave the working title FLAMEVIEWER 08. Its goal is to thoroughly monitor thermal processes during combustion.

Flame Detection
Flame detectors utilize the spectral sensitivity of the semiconductor sensing element (or photonics) and generate an output signal for further processing based on the intensity of radiation in a given spectral range and the frequency of flame flicker. In practice, we use two basic applications of detectors:
1. Selective detection of individual burner flames
2. Monitoring the combustion chamber as a whole for the purpose of evaluating combustion stability and possible ignition of stabilization burners
We have a wide range of sensors available for every type of fuel and different boiler geometries. For high-temperature applications, sensors with fiber optics are available up to 200°C, and we also supply sensors for explosive environments. Our newest "hit" is a compact flame sensor fitted with a pair of microprocessors, which is programmable and adjustable via infrared port using software.
